Welcome to the Mind Body Synergy Circle, a safe, inclusive, and heart-centred space for anyone seeking healing, connection, and inner peace, whether from daily stress, emotional overwhelm, or past trauma.
This group was born from my own journey of healing through art, yoga, movement, and journaling. I’ve created a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself, process what weighs on you, and find lightness again — through creativity.
The Mind Body Synergy group is dedicated to supporting your well-being through Holistic and Creative Practices such as:

🎨 Expressive art and therapeutic mark-making

~ All practices are guided by a trauma-informed approach rooted in empathy, consent, and choice
