About us

This is a group to help each other go to the gym on a consistent basis by meeting up 2-3 times a week and get extra exercise with non-gym days which includes indoor walking tracks or outdoor walking paths, weather dependent. Depending which event you select either a paid gym membership to GoodLife or FitnessTO is required. All other events are free and doesn't require a gym membership.

I started this group as a way to make friends, explore the city and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I will make an effort to pick City of Toronto locations in the north, east, south and west end. All levels of fitness welcome.

The first event will be posted after March 1, 2026.
