What we’re about

Mindful Reset & Accountability Hour is a gentle virtual space for anyone who wants to feel calmer, more focused, and supported. The goal of this group is to help people slow down, reset their mind, and complete the tasks they’ve been putting off, all in a supportive community setting.

At each event, we begin with a short mindfulness or grounding exercise, set an intention for the hour, and then spend focused time working on a personal task. We end with a brief reflection and a small win to carry forward. This group is perfect for anyone seeking mindfulness, connection, structure, or accountability in their daily life.

Everyone is welcome, and no experience with meditation or productivity tools is required.
