“York Humanists are pledged to do all that we can to help local citizens consider their views on this important subject,” said Colin Lewisohn – Chair of York Humanists. “Many of us have strong views on assisted dying, others have yet to consider their opinions. This is an opportunity to think this issue through in a mature fashion. After all, many of us are already touched by the enormous ramifications of an all too frequent painful death of a loved one. We need our law makers to understand the true will of the people.”
