Mother's Medicine: A Sound & Energy Immersion

Motherhood is a beautiful and sacred path—but it is also tender, exhausting, and often invisible.

Whether you are deep in the day-to-day of mothering or navigating your own journey into that identity, this event is a call to pause. To be held. To be seen.

Mother’s Medicine is a healing immersion created to nourish the heart, body, and spirit of mothers. Through the power of Sound Healing, Reiki, and Cranial Sacral therapy, you are invited to release what you’ve been carrying and soften into your own sacred receiving.

This is not about doing more. This is about coming home to yourself—gently, fully, and without needing to hold it all together.

We gather in reverence for the love you pour into your families and the pieces of yourself that may have been left behind. Let this space refill you. Let it be your medicine.

Please arrive a few minutes early to mingle, pull an Oracle card, and enjoy some Mother's day treats & tea.

Dress comfortably! Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
