Have you been looking for a way to release trapped trauma and soothe your nervous system? Somatic exercises are small movements that help to activate your parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) nervous system through vagus nerve stimulation.

Join Sarah @themindful_rd and Therese @metanoiatoolbox for a synergistic combination of guided breathwork, somatic exercises, and sound healing intended to create a state of deep relaxation.

Sarah is an artist, dietitian, crystal lover and breathwork coach. Native to Connecticut, she moved to Arizona earlier this year to chase the sunshine and explore the beautiful natural world. She is passionate about creating things and supporting others through their healing journeys.
