We don't just play contact rugby at the Outlaws. We're delighted to have an adults mixed gender Touch rugby team too.

It's a fantastic version of rugby, with minimal contact, literal one handed touches, but all the same base skills of ball handling, passing, running with the ball to find space, teamwork, defensive alignment & of course, the creative crescendo of scoring tries too.

It's a shorter version too, with 2 x 10 minute halves, rolling substitutions, and tournament days with multiple matches against different opposition.

If you're looking for a new challenge for 2026, looking to get a little fitter, make some awesome new friends, and enjoying the incredible mental & physical health benefits of team sport, why not get involved.

Touch training restarts on Saturday 10th January, at Northampton Old Scouts Rugby Football Club, so plenty of time to get your gear ready and prepare for the fun of non-contact rugby.
