A virtual community for coaches and professionals who use coaching in their work and want to continue learning, reflecting, practicing, and connecting with others.

This is not a lecture or a traditional training session. Each gathering creates space for meaningful conversation around the practice of coaching, exploring the questions, challenges, and ideas that shape how we show up for the people we serve.

Our gatherings are reflective, conversational, and exploratory. You don't need to have the right answer, prepare in advance, or be an expert in the room. Just bring your curiosity and your experience.
