Topic: Effective Tool usage, what's in your Web toolbox?

This talk dives into effective tool usage as a method to improve our daily lives as web developers. Web development and design is a craft, and we are skilled workers. Effective tool usage is a critical aspect that many people take for granted. I'll cover modern tools for building HTML5 web apps using grunt, yeoman, bower, npm, sass, compass.

Presenter: Nigel Alford is a podcast host, writer, and javascript project lead. He's a self-taught developer, who began his computing career traversing ms-dos commands as an Atlanta youth. Node.js has become an indispensable tool in his daily development tasks, and he regularly works with the Enterprise Architecture team to improve the company technology stack.
