Non-Violent Communication (NVC) Thursday Night Practice Group - Atascadero

Welcome to the NCNVC Practice group!

Tonight we will start out with a ten-minute guided meditation to set our intention. This will begin promptly at 7:10, so please arrive at 7:00.

We will take a little time to cover the basics of NVC and then go around the group and give everyone a chance to practice.

I will send the address to those who have RSVP'd on the day of the MeetUp. I look forward to spending time with you in our circle of empathy!
