Join us on Saturday, September 9, at 8:00 AM for a refreshing morning workout at the Noonday Creek Trailhead located on Bells Ferry Road, which lies south of Chastain and north of Barrett. Experience a blend of invigorating exercises to jumpstart your day in nature's lap!

This session mirrors the intensity of HIIT, but is tailored for beginners to intermediate participants, ensuring everyone can benefit without feeling overwhelmed. The workout plan involves 6 foundational exercises split across 3 dynamic sets. We're estimating an 18-minute power-packed session followed by a calming trail walk towards the picturesque swallow tower. The beauty of this session lies in its adaptability; every exercise will be modified according to your individual fitness level. Our exercise menu includes:
