Walk, Jog, Sprint finisher
Bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching are all involved. No jumping is required. No running is required. You may opt out or choose and alternative for any or all exercises.

Lateral Steps
Shoulder Rotations
Calf Extensions
Russian Twists

Bring a beach towel or yoga mat. Bring a hand towel. Bring hydration (water). Bring hand weights if you want (completely optional).
Be prepared to sign a waiver and make sure you are cleared for light to moderate physical activity. All levels are welcome and you will be shown how to elevate each exercise to match your own level.
