We'll be meeting for a Saturday morning run at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. We're aiming to run for about 1 hour at a relaxed pace. All levels welcome, and nobody gets left behind!
Meet in the visitor center parking lot at 8:30. We'll start running at 8:40.
