CHICHA San Chen Bubble Tea - Meetup in the Roosevelt Mall

There's a Great Bubble Tea spot in the Roosevelt Mall nearby JD where the old Modells used to be, and new the Grocery Store Sprouts.
CHICHA San Chen is a nice low key spot to grab some tea or bubble tea and have a comfy work area to meet fellow Northeast Philadelphia Vibe group members.
If anyone doesn't have the $$, I can pitch in or bring some water/drinks.
