1. I understand that participation in this event involves certain risks, including those associated with driving to and from the event, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I release and hold harmless Margaret Webster and Northeast Solo Travelers Group, Meetup, and Odyssey Junction LLC, their officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including those related to physical injury, psychological harm, or death, that may arise from my participation in the event.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Margaret Webster and Northeast Solo Travelers Group, Meetup, and Odyssey Junction LLC against any and all claims, including legal fees, that may arise as a result of my actions or participation in the event.
4. I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
