Our meet-up is the go-to community for artificial intelligence professionals and enthusiasts. This time, we're coming to the exciting city of London!

We're teaming up with Lloyds Banking Group to take a deep dive into the user experience in conversational AI.

We'll reflect on 2024 and explore how conversational AI design has been shaping the way we create and engage with customer-centric solutions. We'll also look ahead to what we can expect in the coming year.

* **Kane Simms**, Founder and CEO of **VUX World,** on what’s working and what’s not when it comes to implementing AI for customer experience.
* **Carl Aylett**, AI Chatbot Conversational Specialist, **Vodafone**, about lessons learned building a Retrieval Augmented Generation-based chatbot for sub-brand VOXI.
