Louisville street faire concert:

Details
For twenty-five years Front Street has come alive in the summer with the magic of friends, family, community and live music. Food trucks, beer and wine tents, vendors and live music. Summer has arrived!
Making their fourth appearance at the Street Faire, Hot Buttered Rum, a souped-up, left-coast string band, is the brainchild of five uniquely gifted musicians who weave their love of bluegrass, folk, jazz and soul into a riveting strain of Americana. String bass and five-alarm fiddle merge with guitar, banjo, mandolin and drums to frame the voices of its two contrasting writers, fueling a dance party with its roots in Appalachia and its branches in California. It’s a sound that’s as tough to describe as it is easy to love.
It gets pretty crowded so meet in front of the library on the steps. 951 Spruce street. Trish will be out of town but I will be thinking about you!
