Join me for a morning Walk and Talk! We will meet at Margaret Carpenter Park (11151 Colorado Blvd) on the south side of the tennis courts at 8:00 AM.
The loop around the park is 1.5 miles, making it a great, easy walk to get moving, enjoy the fresh air, and connect with everyone. All fitness levels are welcome!
