As we shift from the richness of holiday feasting to a more ethereal season of stillness, join us for an evening of renewal, reflection, and elevated vibration. From Feast to Frequencies is a candlelit gathering designed to help you gently transition from the fullness of Thanksgiving into a space of lightness, gratitude, and spiritual connection.
We will begin the evening with mediumship readings, inviting messages of love, clarity, and guidance from the spirit world. As the energy settles, you’ll be guided into a rejuvenating sound journey infused with gentle breathwork to support physical and energetic release.
The soundscape will feature angelic crystal singing bowls attuned to the 528 Hz Solfeggio frequency; known as the “miracle frequency” that harmonizes the body and supports the endocrine system. Koshi chimes will help clear residual holiday stress, while the deep resonance of the Chinese wind gong will guide you inward, grounding your energy as we move into the quieter rhythm of winter.
The experience will be held by candlelight, creating a serene atmosphere for rest and introspection. Tea will be served, and mats and blankets will be provided; attendees are encouraged to dress warmly and bring any additional cushions or cozy items for comfort.
