Join me for an immersive candlelit ceremony designed to lift your vibration, open your heart, and restore a deep sense of gratitude and belonging. In this nourishing evening, we’ll begin with gentle, accessible movement to soften the body and calm the nervous system.

From there, you’ll be guided into a Yoga Nidra practice centered on transformation; an inner journey that supports releasing old layers and stepping into your highest, most aligned self.

As you settle into stillness, the soundbath unfolds with Solfeggio crystal singing bowls, including the 528 Hz miracle frequency, known for its harmonizing, heart-healing qualities and its soothing effects on the endocrine system. Koshi chimes and a Chinese wind gong will weave through the space, helping to dissolve stagnant energy, shed feelings of lack or loneliness, and open pathways for clarity, connection, and gratitude.

Bathed in candlelight and healing resonance, you’ll be held in a field of oneness; invited to remember your innate wholeness and your connection to all of humanity. Leave feeling lighter, uplifted, and deeply aligned with the frequency of gratitude.
