Kirsten Batalden leads Human Resources at Kaufman & Robinson, a local, small, engineering and manufacturing firm of broad beam ion and plasma products. Kirsten has over 15 years in leading HR teams and a masters in education and human resources.
Prior to forming his own Aerospace and Defense consulting practice, Dan Bowman held senior executive roles including Corporate VP Strategy & Business Development and Senior VP of Sales, Marketing and Services at Woodward, VP of Sales, Marketing and Services at Fairbanks Defense and Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for GE Aerospace.
Kristi Hess is Vice President of Human Resources for KVC Health Systems and leads with a focus on fostering a high performance culture related to the employment relationship, training and development, and communication. Kristi brings 30 years of experience in human resources and compassionate leadership.
Anna Lynch is Chief Human Resources Officer at Loveland-based Jorgensen Laboratories and President of the NoCoNet Board. She brings 15 years of progressive HR experience backed by PHR certification and a MS in Organizational Leadership focused in HR Management.
