Susan Ruff is a Senior Employment Specialist with the Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development Office (LCEWD) in Fort Collins, CO. She has been in the employment industry for twenty-six years and with the LCEWD team for three rewarding years. Susan is an advocate for all job seekers and is committed to prioritizing customer service and meeting all participants where they are at in their job seeking journey. She works hard to keep current on all resources that would be most beneficial for each individual while making sure all required tasks are met. Susan also works alongside Northern Colorado businesses helping them with job descriptions and Job Fairs.
