She supports adults in prioritizing play as a way to expand their capacity to handle stress. Drawing from eight years of experience working in career services and her own professional journey, she knows firsthand that job searching can be an emotional roller coaster. She teaches practical ways to have more fun during the job search, so that it feels less draining and more manageable. Shelly believes that life is meant to be enjoyed and that you don’t have to put your joy on hold while looking for your next step.
