Feature Presenter: After two Emmy nominations for non-profit Telethon production on Fox-TV, Wayne Dehn began his journey in sales as a representative for a large trade association offering benefits and services to small business American. Soon promotion to national management positions followed. Wayne realized that he loved sharing the lessons learned from the different selling methods with others. So, in 2005 he became a certified trainer in sales, management and organizational excellence.

Today, Wayne enjoys helping companies increase sales through his unique “STEP UP” Selling curriculum that helps salespeople understand what motivates people to buy. He also owns and operates, The American Business Club of Northern Colorado, a private club dedicated to helping people build professional relationships.

Breakout Presenter: We are pleased to announce that Mark Lauterbach will be leading the review of resumes for this week's breakout session. His expertise and insights will provide invaluable guidance to those of us wanting to increase visibility in the job market. For almost 10 years, Mark has been providing job search coaching services through his Job Search Accelerator Program and he has helped almost 2K people secure new positions during this time. He leads LongsPeakNet (LPN), a sister group to NoCoNet, that meets every other Tuesday via Zoom.
