What we’re about

Connection is Medicine. Get to know each other authentically, emotionally and mindfully. We will connect with each other one on one and as a group using sentence stems, intimacy games and slowing down to create a container that cultivates present moment awareness. End your isolation and become a better communicator and a more whole human by using your natural curiosity, active listening, and the 5 tenets of Authentic Relating to let others really know you, and you them. It might get awkward! But that’s where the magic happens—getting comfortable with discomfort by leaning into our edges! Learn AR to foster more nourishing relationships in our lives, to build community, and to be the change we want to see in the world.

🌿 What to Expect at an Authentic Relating Experience with Rachel

Imagine a space where masks come off…
Where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or impress anyone.
Just bring your real self—and feel what it’s like to be seen there.

UPDATE: I will be pivoting away from using meetup.com because of high fees, so please join my email list to be notified of future events here

Authentic Relating is a heart-opening practice of presence, connection, and truth-telling.
It’s not therapy. It’s not small talk.
It’s a space where intimacy, flow, and self-trust naturally unfold—moment by moment.

✨ You’ll be guided through gentle games and prompts designed to:
    • Help you feel grounded and present in your body
    • Spark real connection (not just “chitchat”)
    • Explore your truth, even if it’s messy or in progress
    • Practice being witnessed and witnessing others with warmth and curiosity

No experience is necessary. Just a willing heart.
This is a space for honesty, safety, laughter, stillness, and sometimes tears.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Come connect. Come soften. Come home to yourself—in the presence of others.
I am pivoting to Facebook to promote this so please follow me there for events! @TheLevelUp333
