Feeling stretched thin? Looking for a gentle, different way to reconnect with yourself?

Join us for Embodiment Explorations, hosted by TraceyJoy Miller. This is a local mindfulness and somatic wellness practice offering simple, playful experiences that invite you to slow down, move, laugh, reflect, and connect deeply with yourself and others.
There’s nothing to perform, no fitness level required, and absolutely nothing to get right. Just bring your curiosity and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself permission to be fully present.

What to Expect
This is an interactive, participatory gathering for gentle exploration through intuitive movement, sound, and embodied presence. It’s about engaging, sensing, and experimenting in real-time.

  • The Flow: We will start with a brief, grounding check-in, move into light, self-paced somatic movements to shake off stress, explore sound/breath awareness, and close with a quiet reflection.
  • What to Wear/Bring: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You do not need to bring any special equipment.
  • Skill Level: No prior experience with meditation, dance, or yoga is needed. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

Community Supported (Sliding Scale):
This gathering is community-supported rather than fee-based because we believe wellness spaces should be accessible. Everyone is welcome regardless of financial circumstances.
If you are able to contribute, it directly helps us welcome neighbors who cannot afford to pay. A suggested contribution of $20–$40 helps support the beautiful commons space, the host, and future gatherings. We appreciate your support of the space and all of the emergent possibilities within it!
