Gold Head Branch State Park Hike

Come join us as we explore various habitats of Gold Head Branch State Park during a three mile hike through the ravine, sandhill, and scrub habitats. Also we will see the two least visited sinkhole lakes in the park. The hiking route traverses some difficult trail conditions such as elevation changes, occasional soft sand, stairs, and exposure to direct sunlight so bring water, sun protection, and closed toe shoes.

We will be meeting at the Ravine Stairway parking area 0.8 miles from the park entrance.

There is a $5 fee per vehicle to access the park.
