Hike at Fort George Island Cultural State Park

Let's walk off that Thanksgiving belly at Fort George Island. This will be a leisurely 3.3-mile hike that traverses an old club with a sea view, hills, lush woods, and an opportunity to walk along portions of a former golf course. There is ample free parking and a bathroom at the Ribault Club (but doesn't open until 9:00). You MUST have water! Also bring bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses if needed. after the hike, we will walk down to the Fort George River . The address for the parking lot is 11241 Fort George Road, Jacksonville.
