Read All! Let's hike the beautiful Ravine Gardens during Azalea bloom season. We will be hiking about 5-miles on the trails and on the paved loop road. Please be aware that the trails are narrow and MODERATELY difficult with lots of hills, slippery surfaces, and stairs. There is a parking lot just outside the guard shack. You can park there and walk in for $2.00 per person. It is $5.00 per vehicle if you choose to drive in, where there is more parking. There is a bathroom located in the Civic Center inside the park. We will meet in front of the Civic Center and start hiking at 9 am so plan to get there early. See the attached photo of the park for the starting location. You must have water to attend this hike. Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and bug spray are also recommended.
