Join us for a hands-on conservation day at Smith Lake as we work together to restore and enhance this beautiful natural area. We will be planting native plants in the area near the 214 Trailhead. This is a great opportunity to give back, connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts, and make a lasting impact on our local environment.

Smith Lake Tract
Parking is available just off the road where hikers typically park for trail access.

### πŸ› οΈ What to Expect:

*Planting in a mostly flat area with some semi-uneven terrain

  • Outdoor work in an unshaded environment
*A rewarding day contributing to local conservation efforts

### πŸŽ’ What to Bring:

*Refillable water bottle (we’ll have a water keg available πŸ’§)

  • Gloves and a shovel (if you have them – limited tools/PPE will be provided)
    *Close-toed shoes required
