Camping at Jennings State Forest

Adventure time!! Who wants to try primitive camping? Join us for a short walk with ALL your gear to the primitive campsite and learn what it is like to camp with no running water, no shower, no electric, and no toilet. We will park at Phillips Branch Crossing and hike (with all your gear) approximately 1/4 mile to Dunn's Farm Campzone. Your $2.00 parking fee also pays for your campsite. After setting up camp, you can stay and enjoy the forest or join us for a long hike along the Pioneer Trail. There will also be night hike. Sunday, we will pack up and leave around 9:00 am (in case you need to get home for the football game). Sample of items you will bring; shelter, bedding, toiletries, snacks and food for dinner and breakfast, and water. I will provide a list of suggested things if you need it once you have signed up.
