Hiking in DeSoto national Forest

Details
We'll be hiking part of the Tuxachanie trail, it's an out and back trail. There is about, 26 miles of hiking, I don't believe we will be doing that much, maybe 6 to 8, depending on how everyone feels. Recommendations: water, snacks, sunscreen, comfortable shoes or hiking boots, light color clothing because some of the trail is sunny, maybe bug repellent and more water. Not looking to kill anyone, just enjoy the trail. If you have any questions or carpool, I'm in Slidell, message me or call if you have my number. As always, hope to see you there. PS, it's always a good idea to bring extra clothes, in case it rains.
