This month’s meeting is a workshop (Setting Your 2026 Goals & Building a REAL Plan), led by Banjo, a seasoned investor and operator.

Too many investors start the year motivated but without a clear roadmap. This workshop is designed to change that.
During this session, Banjo will walk us through a framework for creating a vision, setting meaningful goals, and translating those goals into actionable steps you can actually follow through on in your business and investing.

We’ll cover topics like:

• How to define a clear vision for your real estate and business goals in 2026
• Turning big ideas into realistic, measurable goals
• Identifying the activities that actually move the needle
• Avoiding common goal-setting mistakes that lead to burnout or inaction
• How to build accountability into your plan so goals don’t fade by February
