Looking for something more engaging than your usual fitness routine? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to try martial arts since you were a kid?

We're offering a FREE Kung Fu Class; multiple sessions will run throughout the afternoon. All fitness levels welcome, no experience required. Expect a light 30 minute workout.

We practice Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) kung fu, a martial art designed for close-quarters situations and real-world application. The system is efficient and direct, built around structure, timing, and adaptability. Training develops fighting ability quickly, with an emphasis on self-defense, relaxation under pressure, and focused attention.
