This free workshop introduces practical self-defense skills drawn from Wing Chun Kung Fu. The training focuses on awareness, positioning, and simple, efficient techniques designed to help a smaller person deal with a larger, more aggressive attacker.
What we’ll cover:

  • Basic self-defense concepts and awareness
  • Simple striking and defensive movements
  • Hands-on partner drills (safe and controlled)
  • How structure and positioning create power without relying on strength

Who this is for:
Women of any fitness level. No experience required.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing you can move in.
This workshop is also a chance to experience how we train at Northside Kung Fu. Women who enjoy the class are welcome to continue training through our regular programs and women’s training sessions.
