What we’re about
North Star Studios was born in August 2025 from the profound journey of a once wounded healer and her dream to change the world.
Our ancestors were definitely on to something- so were taking it back to the beginning. We're remembering, as a community, as a whole.
The purpose of this group is to bring those wish to come together within a conscious community rooted in unconditional love, to witness and be witnessed- creating a sacred space of healing, that inevitably touches more than just the group itself, but the constellation of each individual. All benevolent beings welcome.
Each event is trauma-informed in both facilitation and planning. You and your inner child are safe here.
"In our modern world of hustling, emotional disconnection, chronic busyness and stress it is almost too easy to find ourselves feeling utterly alone at the end of our productive days - Yearning for empathy, to be heard or held. To be able to really express what is going on inside and receive compassion and connection in return. As we walk this life, through our good days, our tough days, through the inevitable grief we feel as we grow and leave old patterns and relationships behind, it is essential to share our stories and experiences with others. Being seen and heard in our pain transforms grief from something we carry in silence, into something shared, honored and validated. We are all worthy of care and we can reclaim our right to mourn together.
Grief is probably one of the most present emotions in our daily lives, its the sister of love and lives in our hearts. We experience grief in many forms and sometimes we don’t even recognize that’s what were actually feeling. Wether we are feeling the weight of loss of a love one, heartbreak, state of the world or are grieving self abandonment or things we may not have received from a parent - we can relate to each other through listening and compassion, remembering that we are all connected on a deeper level and don’t have to do this alone."
