Bread Book Babble | Digesting Dan Leader's "Living Bread" | Third Session

Greetings NWBB,

This is the third of a three part Book Group discussion on Daniel Leader's, Living Bread. I love this book. Attending the first or second session is not a requirement, however you do need to come prepared to discuss the assigned chapters and even better, have notes from baking one or two of the bread recipes.

Here is the schedule:

Saturday, January 3rd, 9:30 - 11:00 am Chapters 1 through Chapters 4
Saturday, January 23rd, 9:30 - 11:00 am Chapters 5 through Chapters 7
Saturday, February 6, 9:30 - 11:00 am Chapters 8 through 10

Each session will be limited to 18 people. In order to allow folks to attend the session(s) they wish you will have to register for each one separately. I know, that is a little bit of a pain, but that's the way it goes. There is no charge for this discussion group. Let's just start the New Year off with a big Bread Bang!
