Dublin St. Patrick's Parade & Festivities

Let's check out the iconic St. Patty's day parade + old Dublin + bridge park + activities. Wear your walking shoes and dress weather appropriate (as of Monday, T-minus 5 days: possible rain, not freezing cold).
All are welcome, RSVP is optional, no fees, if you can't RSVP, just show up - I will be there or I will make sure someone takes charge!
Meet at Dublin Rec (one mile from the parade, 1.5miles to the library/old Dublin, plenty of parking, no hassles), at the flagpole by the main entrance on the west side of the building (there is a nearby sheltered area + restroom 50' away in the Rec building - so if it's wet, walk toward the entrance to find us).
We will depart by 10:30.
We will be walking 3-5 miles by the time we get there and back. Plus, hours of standing.
I'm packing light - no chairs but maybe somethings in a small backpack like umbrella, rain coat, a blanket that I could place on the ground for sitting.
