Show up any time from 9AM to 9PM for Fly Fishing meet and greet. GET a FREE lunch at noon-ish for those that RSVP and bring any kind of fly rod and CHAIR!!
Come make another fishing friend or two while learning a thing or two about NW fly fishing.
Join our club for a free lunch and BEST fly fishing get together with classes all day. Show up anytime. The beginner's class are from 9 to 12. Lunch at 12PM Then at 2PM to 6PM is our most advanced class. Learn a lot more about fly fishing rods, lines, gear, and terms, especially the most advanced tactics. Learn all about 101 fly choices. Learn which Nymphs styles and Dry Flies you need most. Most of all, learn how to go from never casting a fly rod to casting like a pro within an hour.
All local fly shops have experts to help you as well, especially picking out fly rods. But you can always get started with the lightest fly rod combo kit from sporting good store for under $50. We recommend 4 and 5 weight rods from these stores.
Always feel free to bring donations and something, anything to share, especially cookies and snacks.
Meetup @ Behind the Renton Community Center, nearest the Cedar River and 405 Fwy. Look for our red sign on the grass.

FYI, things you must bring for the guide fishing
- Fishing License and Discover Pass
- Lightest fly rod
- Waders with Felt Boots Recommended
- Water and snacks
- Eye protection like sunglasses.
- Size 16 to 20 Barbless Nymphs are recommended (see photo).
