Heather Lake is a pretty little lake at the foot of Mt. Pilchuck. Recent trip reports indicate that there’s no snow there yet but that the trail is pretty wet with water in the trail at times so hopefully you have boots that can fend off some water. This will be a rain or shine hike so be prepared for wet weather. I purposely picked a shorter hike so if it’s raining we won’t be out in it too long but we’ll still get a chance to get out of the house and soak up a little nature. Let’s plan to be at the trailhead by 9:00 AM, ready to hike by around 9:15 AM or so.

-Distance: 5.0 miles
