Cougar Mtn: Licorice Fern → Wilderness Peak, visiting 3 waterfalls along the way
Details
Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park feels remote from the sights and sounds of nearby urban development. Starting from the UPPER LICORICE FERN TH, this loop route winds through mature second-growth forests, streams and wetlands. The waterfalls dry up in the summer; so, this is a good time to see them.
Meeting date/time – Fri Apr10, 9:30AM. Meet at TH. Ready to hike when we’re all geared up.
