Saddle Rock Trailhead
Details
Saddle Rock Trailhead is in West Wenatchee and offers a popular moderate hike with steep sections leading to a panoramic view of the Wenatchee Valley, Columbina River and surrounding mountains. The area features multiple trails, including the main trail and the longer East Trail. The main trail is just a 1.3 mile one way route to the summit, there is also an East trail 1.75 mile route with a 1,228-foot elevation gain. These trails can be combined. I will plan to combine trails so we can hike at least 6 miles. Apparently, wildflowers are plentiful right now. We will most likely add Dry Gulch Big Loop to get enough mileage.
