Volunteer Event @ Feed My Starving Children in Libertyville

Details
It's been a while since we have nurtured our group intention to engage our practice outwardly by donating our time and efforts to help bring a little more peace to those in need. We felt very strongly about renewing that same noble intention here in 2025. My deepest gratitude to all who have assisted and contributed to past events of this nature and thanks in advance to all who are willing and able to rise to the occasion once again during the coming year.
We hope you can join us for our first volunteer event of the year as we return to help our friends at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) on Saturday July, 26th from 2:00 - 3:45 pm.
Founded in 1987, FMSC is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children.
Their process is simple. Donations given by people just like us fund the meal ingredients. Volunteers hand-pack the meals. Meals are donated to FMSC food partners around the world, where kids are fed and lives are saved!
FMSC consistently receives the highest awards for accountability and transparency, with more than 90 percent of total donations dedicated directly toward feeding kids in need.
Our activity: Hand packing meals for malnourished children.
Please arrive by 1:50 pm so you have enough time to sign in and get acclimated before orientation begins promptly at 2:00 pm. Official end time is 3:45 pm.
This is a family-friendly event for all ages. When signing up to attend please email me your full name so I may include it on our roster. Thanks for planning to participate in this wonderful practice of generosity!
