Algorithmic Trading Strategies for Different Asset Classes by Kory Hoang

Overview: Kory will share some of his algorithmic trading strategies for ETFs and cryptocurrencies along with Pine Script source code for TradingView backtesting. The strategies are for $SPY (stocks), $TLT (T-bonds), $USO (oil), $GLD (gold), $VIXY (volatility), $SVXY (inverse volatility), $BTC (Bitcoin), $ETH (Ethereum).

Bio:
Kory Hoang is the CEO and co-founder of Stably, a Seattle FinTech providing Stablecoin-as-a-Service and fiat on/off-ramp infrastructure for Web3 clients such as Ripple, Stellar, and VeChain. Prior to Stably, Kory worked as a data analyst at PitchBook’s private equity department. Kory is also a “garage quant” trader on the side since 2015. He specializes in developing systematic momentum and mean-reversion startegies across different asset classes, including equities, commodities, volatility, and cryptocurrencies. Kory holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington Bothell, class of 2014.
