National Trail Days Brush-a-thon: Trail Work Party (Forest Park)

**After you RSVP, provide your email address to Cameron or Nicole then look for an email from Forest Park Conservancy - "You've been invited to a team" - for further signup instructions**
Distance: 3 mile or more trail work hike.
Start: NW 53rd Trailhead Parking is limited. Carpooling encouraged!

Come celebrate National Trails Day 2025 with Forest Park Conservancy! National Trails day is an annual nationwide campaign organized by the American Hiking Society and is the perfect time to get outside and give back to the local trails you love so much.
We will be cutting back the excess spring growth from the sides of the trails in Forest Park to keep the trails safe and navigable and help manage the natural health of the forest.
Join us in helping make Forest Park accessible and protecting the long term health of the trails we love so very much!
Parking
You can park along NW 53rd, but we highly HIGHLY encourage having carpool parties!
How to Dress
Wear long pants and close-toed shoes. Bring any other weather appropriate layers and a hat, as needed. Gloves and tools are provided.
Additional Information
- Training, tools and work gloves will be provided.
- Did we mention that carpooling is recommended ;).
- You may want to bring some water and a snack in a small backpack.
- Light snacks will be provided.
