Firelane 1 From the Bottom (Trail run in Forest Park)

Distance: 5.75 mile trail run
Gain: 990 feet
Start: BOTTOM of Firelane 1
After: Pizza Thief

Let's revisit FL1 when the trail is dry. We'll meet in the parking lot (park on street - lot closes at 6:30), hike up the steep initial grade, then kick into running gear and continue the ascent to Leif. We'll do a little lollipop on Koenig and Maple and then head back to the start.

Here’s the route:

• Hike up the steep stairs
• Run up Firelane 1
• (Regroup at Leif Erikson)
• Right on Leif
• Right on Koenig
• Right on Maple
• Left on Leif
• Left on Firelane 1 to the start
