**BRING HEADLAMPS** Firelane 1 to Dogwood (Trail Run in Forest Park)

Distance: 6 mile trail run
Gain: 474 feet
Start: Firelane 1 Trailhead
After: Von Ebert In Cedar Mill
Parking: Please carpool, parking is limited.

This trail run starts with a fun downhill section from the top of Firelane 1 to get us warmed up and then we wind along Wildwood to 53rd. We’ll lollipop on Dogwood then run back on Wildwood to Firelane 1.

The route:
• Start down Firelane 1 | .25 miles
• Right on Wildwood | 2 miles
• Right on Keil Trail |.2 miles
• Left down Dogwood | .7 miles
• Left on Wildwood | 2.6 miles
• Left up Firelane 1 | .25 miles
