Do you like trails, running in the woods with friends old and new, and a few hills? Come join us for a frolicking trail run in Forest Park where we will run much of Maple together and provide guidance for anyone who wants to run ALL of Maple (see route links below).
Carpool if you can or park down below. Parking gets tight.

Route description:
• Start from Lower Saltzman
• Left on Maple (then pass Firelane 4 and Koenig AND Leif)
• Right on Wildwood cutoff
• Right on Wildwood
• Right on Saltzman
• Down Quarry
• Right on Maple
• Continue down Saltzman back to the trail head
