Firelane 1 Looper (Trail run in Forest Park)

Distance: 6.2 mile trail run
Gain: 850 feet
Start: Firelane 1 Trailhead
After: Lucky Labrador Beer Hall

Join us for a nice evening climb up Firelane 1 where we will eventually level off on Leif Erikson Trail. Then, we will find our way back via a Saltzman loop with a partial run on Hwy 30. Road and Trails!!

Route description:
• Start from Firelane 1 Trail head on Hwy 30.
• Climb Firelane 1 until the intersection with Leif Erikson Trail (1.35 mi)
• Right on Leif Erikson until Firelane 4 (3.42 mi)
• Right on Firelane 4 then left on Maple Trail (3.62 mi)
• Right on Saltzman Rd (4.09 mi)
• Take the road all the way to Hwy 30 then, right (5.31 mi)
• Watch for cars, but continue back to your car.
