Distance: 6.4 mile trail run
Gain: 1,015 feet
Start: LOWER Saltzman Trailhead - off Hwy 30
After: Dragonfly Coffee House - NW Thurman St.
Let's run on the trails in central Forest Park and enjoy the fall foliage starting at Lower Saltzman Trailhead. Be prepared to do some steady uphill "running" while surrounded by colorful bigleaf maple, salal, and Oregon grape.
Bonus points for catching a falling leaf while you run!
